I forgot my password, what do I do?

Simply generate a new password by clicking on “Forgot Password” option at sign in/log in page. An email with link to generate a new password will be sent to your registered email Id.

How do I add an item to my whishlist?

It is easy to store your items in your “WISHLIST”. Simply click on any product image for further information. Choose the required size and then click the “ADD TO MY WISHLIST” button. You can then continue browsing. You can go back and view your wishlist at any time; just click on the “WISHLIST” button at the top right of your screen. When you have finished browsing you can simply add items you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed to complete your order or print your list.

How do I know my size?

We have provided size chart for each and every category which can be used for making a purchase.


Please note all stock displayed online is in stock and available to purchase, unless the item is labeled “SOLD OUT/OUT OF STOCK”.

What are the shipping charges and/or are there any additional charges?

We do not levy any shipping or other charges.

What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

Depending upon your location delivery may take 5 to 7 working days after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

CROSSTITCH.IN offers a simple and easy 15-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.

All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

All items purchased from CROSSTITCH.IN (with the exception of accessories and free items) can be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).

The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account, or in the form of a coupon code in their CROSSTITCH.IN account redeemable against any purchase.

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

The items should be unused and unwashed.

The packaging should have the original packaging and tags in place.

They should be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

They should not include accessories and free items.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 24-48 working hours from the date of receiving the items.

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to CROSSTITCH.IN. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
